  • What is dental gold ? - Dental gold is a non-precious dental alloy used by the dentist when you get a crown or filling. It's made to go into the mouth without any harmful effects. Dental gold can be yellow or white gold colour. It's a cheaper alternative compared to precious gold.

  • Turn around time ? - Standard wait is 15-25 working days (any holidays are not included in the working days) However we do have a express service available to purchase.

  • Custom designs ? - If you have a custom design you want made, send us a email at info@icebankjewellers.com or complete the form in our contact section and we will get back to you with a quote as soon as possible!

  1. No Returns or Refunds for Grillz and Patterns: Please be aware that once you've purchased grillz or patterns, we are unable to offer returns or refunds. Rest assured, each product undergoes rigorous quality checks before being dispatched to ensure your satisfaction. Any damages or breakages caused by the customer are non-refundable or replaceable.

  2. Quality Assurance: We take pride in delivering only the finest products to our customers. Every item in your order is meticulously quality-checked before it is shipped to you, guaranteeing that you receive top-notch quality.

  3. Pattern Orders Notice: If you choose to add patterns to your order, please be mindful that this customisation may require an additional 2-3 days processing time, even if you've selected our fast track service. We aim to provide you with products that meet your unique preferences, and this extra time ensures the meticulous craftsmanship that sets our items apart.

  4. Moulding: All mouldings done by Ice Bank that have any problems at fittings can be replaced free of charge. All mouldings done by customers can not be replaced or refunded and orders are final. Please note that there is a 20% chance you might be required to use fixodent to hold the grillz in place as each product is custom to the customer.
